We come before the Lord with this request, lifting up the need for an honest, skilled, and fair mechanic to repair the brakes. Father, we know that You care about every detail of our lives, even the practical ones like vehicle maintenance. We ask that You guide this search, leading to someone who will provide quality work with integrity.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 22:29, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve common people." Lord, we pray for a mechanic who takes pride in their craftsmanship and operates with honesty. Protect from those who might take advantage of the situation, and instead, bring forth someone who will offer fair pricing and reliable service.
We also ask for wisdom in this process. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Help to discern the right choice, and grant patience as the repairs are completed.
Heavenly Father, we pray for safety on the roads until the brakes are fixed. Keep all travelers protected from harm, and may this situation be resolved without undue stress or financial burden. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who intercedes for us before Your throne. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
