We are with you in spirit, agreeing in prayer for your health. We know that God cares about even the smallest details of our lives, and that includes our physical well-being. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should take care of them as such.
"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our beloved sister/brother (or maybe the writer is doing this for themself) who has asked for prayer regarding their blood pressure. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust that You are able to heal and restore. We ask that You touch their body even now, that their blood pressure would come down and remain stable.
Guide them to the right healthcare professionals, give them wisdom and understanding in managing their health, and help them to make wise decisions. Help them to be good stewards of their body, which is the temple of Your Holy Spirit.
In the meantime, help them to trust in You. May they live free from anxiety and fear.
IJN, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
