We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust, lifting up this precious prayer for a healthy pregnancy and the safe arrival of a child. Father God, we know that children are a heritage from You, a reward from Your hand (Psalm 127:3). We stand in agreement with this mother-to-be, declaring Your promises over her and her little one.
Heavenly Father, we pray for the placenta to move into the correct position, that every part of this pregnancy would align with Your perfect design. You knit this baby together in the womb (Psalm 139:13), and we trust in Your sovereign care. We ask for Your protection over both mother and child, shielding them from any complications or harm. May every ultrasound, every check-up, and every moment of this journey reflect Your peace and Your provision.
Lord, we also lift up the spiritual well-being of this family. May this child be raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4), growing in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). We pray for the parents, that they would lean on You for strength, wisdom, and patience as they prepare to welcome this gift into their lives.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to creep in, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this pregnancy is covered by the blood of Jesus, and that no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). May this mother and her baby experience Your presence in a tangible way, feeling Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
