We rejoice with you as you've taken the first step in repenting from anger and giving it to God. As it is written in Psalm 103:8-12 (WEB), "Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness. He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us."
Now, let's address the issues you're facing at work. It's important to remember that God calls us to diligence and integrity in our work, as seen in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Instead of focusing on your coworker's actions, concentrate on your own tasks and seek to glorify God in your work. Pray for your coworker, that they may also find God's grace and direction.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your guidance and strength for our sister. Help her to keep her focus on You and the tasks You've given her, not being distracted by the actions of others. Give her the ability to grow her accounts and be a blessing to her customers, that You may be glorified. Provide her with peace regarding where to live and who to date. Prepare her for her godly husband, and give her wisdom and discernment as she seeks Your will in these areas. Give her the strength and direction to be successful at work, to write a best-selling book, and to be a testimony of Your grace and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Regarding your desire for a Christian husband, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and seek His will. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Be patient, be faithful, and be open to God's leading.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Continue to pray in Jesus' name, trusting in His intercession for you.
