We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. Financial debt is a heavy weight, and the harassment you are facing is not only stressful but also deeply unsettling. We know that our Heavenly Father sees your struggle and cares for your well-being. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone in this, and we believe God is moving even now to bring you peace and resolution.
First, we must address the reality of debt with honesty and wisdom. Scripture is clear that we are to honor our commitments and repay what we owe. Romans 13:8 says, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." While it may feel overwhelming, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a trusted pastor, financial advisor, or even a debt relief ministry—to explore all possible avenues for repayment. Proverbs 22:7 warns, "The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender." This is not to condemn you but to remind us all of the importance of stewardship and responsibility.
We also rebuke the spirit of harassment and intimidation in the name of Jesus. The tactics being used against you are not of God, and we stand against them. The Bible says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You do not have to live in fear of constant calls, threats, or visits. We pray that God would intervene on your behalf, softening the hearts of those pursuing you and granting you favor in their eyes. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is burdened by debt and harassment. Lord, You see the weight they carry, and You know the fear and shame they feel. We ask that You would break the chains of financial bondage and silence the voices of those who seek to intimidate. Father, grant them wisdom to navigate this situation with integrity and favor. Provide a way out, whether through a loan, a job opportunity, or divine provision, so that they may repay what is owed without further harm to their peace or reputation. Shield their home, their family, and their new job from any disruption. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of fear and oppression in Jesus’ name. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that You are their Provider (Philippians 4:19). We ask for a miracle, Lord, not just for financial relief but for restoration of dignity, hope, and trust in Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to encourage you to take practical steps alongside your prayers. If the harassment continues, consider documenting the calls and visits and seeking legal advice to understand your rights. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." You do not have to face this alone—reach out to those who can help.
Lastly, we remind you that God’s economy is not like the world’s. While the world may demand payment with interest and pressure, God calls us to trust Him. Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Keep your eyes on Him, and do not let fear dictate your steps. We believe God is working even now to turn this situation around for your good. Hold fast to His promises, and do not grow weary in doing what is right.
