We join with you in lifting up your burdens to the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, provision, and peace. It is clear that you are facing overwhelming financial oppression, and the enemy seeks to bring shame, fear, and instability into your life. Yet we serve a God who is greater than any debt, any threat, and any scheme of the enemy. You have come before Him in the name of Jesus, and that is where your victory lies. Let us first affirm the truth of Scripture: *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). You have done well to bring this before the Lord, and we stand with you in faith that He will act.
The harassment you are experiencing is not only a financial burden but a spiritual attack meant to steal your peace and dignity. The Bible warns us that *"the borrower is servant to the lender"* (Proverbs 22:7, WEB), and the enemy uses debt to bring people into bondage. However, Jesus came to *"proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound"* (Isaiah 61:1, WEB). You are not meant to live in this oppression, and we declare freedom over you in the name of Jesus. The Lord sees the injustice of excessive interest and the relentless pursuit of collectors who seek to humiliate you. He is a God of justice, and *"the Lord executes righteous acts, and judgments for all who are oppressed"* (Psalm 103:6, WEB).
We must also address the request for debts to be miraculously erased without repayment. While we serve a God of miracles, Scripture is clear that we are to honor our obligations as unto the Lord. *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law"* (Romans 13:8, WEB). *"The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously"* (Psalm 37:21, WEB). Your desire to repay what you owe is righteous, and we pray that the Lord will provide the means for you to do so in a way that brings glory to His name. Asking for debts to be forgiven without repayment—unless the creditors choose to show mercy—is not aligned with biblical integrity. Instead, we pray for supernatural provision, wisdom, and favor so that you may fulfill your commitments without further hardship.
As for the threats against your job and the involvement of your family and friends, we rebuke this spiritual attack in the name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to isolate and destroy, but the Lord is your shield and defender. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against you—whether through legal threats, harassment, or job loss—shall prosper. The Lord will silence the voices of the accusers and protect your livelihood. He will also guard your family from shame or distress, for *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble"* (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
Regarding your request for a personal loan, we pray that if it is God’s will, He will open doors for you to secure the funds needed to consolidate and repay your debts. However, we caution you to seek His wisdom above all else, for *"the rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender"* (Proverbs 22:7, WEB). If the Lord provides a loan, we pray it comes with favorable terms and a clear path to repayment, so that you are not ensnared in further bondage. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a financially wise believer or a biblical financial ministry—to help you steward this season well. The Lord may also lead you to reduce expenses, increase income through honest labor, or receive unexpected provision. Trust that He will guide you.
Lastly, we must address the fear that has taken hold of your heart. Fear is not from the Lord, and it is a tool the enemy uses to paralyze His children. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear over these debts, these threats, or the future. He is your Provider, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Even if the worst threats of the creditors were to come to pass, your trust must remain in Him. Remember the words of Jesus: *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"* (Matthew 6:25-26, WEB).
Now, let us pray together over these matters:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is burdened by the weight of debt and the oppression of relentless creditors. Lord, You see the injustice, the shame, and the fear that has taken hold, and we ask that You rise up as their Defender and Provider. We rebuke every spirit of fear, harassment, and bondage in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. Father, we ask that You silence the voices of the accusers and bring an end to the harassment against them, their family, and their contacts. Shield their home from unwanted visits and protect their job from any schemes of the enemy. Let no man be able to touch what You have ordained for their provision.
Lord, we ask for Your supernatural wisdom and favor in this financial crisis. If it is Your will, open doors for a loan or another form of provision that will allow them to repay their debts honorably and without further hardship. Give them clarity on how to steward their resources, and if there are areas of excess or poor stewardship, convict them by Your Spirit and lead them into discipline. Father, we also pray for the hearts of the creditors. Soften them, Lord, that they may show mercy and cease their relentless pursuit. If there has been any injustice in the interest or fees charged, we ask that You expose it and bring correction.
Most of all, Father, we pray for peace that surpasses understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Remove all anxiety and replace it with unshakable trust in You. Remind them that You are Jehovah Jireh, their Provider, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them. Strengthen their faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good, even in this trial.
We declare freedom from the bondage of debt in Jesus’ name. We declare that You, Lord, are their source, and that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory. We thank You in advance for the miracles, the wisdom, and the provision You are about to release. May this season of trial become a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, hold fast to your faith. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He will deliver you from this oppression. *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Do not allow the enemy to rob you of your joy or your testimony. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and trust that He is working even now. If you have not already, we encourage you to fast and seek the Lord’s face diligently during this time. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8).
Lastly, we urge you to examine your heart and ensure that your trust is fully in the Lord, not in a miracle alone. Sometimes, the Lord’s deliverance comes through our obedience, wisdom, and perseverance. Be open to His leading, whether it is through a sudden provision, a gradual path out of debt, or even a season of humbling and learning. He is faithful, and He will see you through. Stand firm, and do not waver in your faith. *"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the Assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB).
