We come before the Father in agreement with you, lifting up your burdens and heartfelt cry for deliverance from this financial bondage. The weight of debt and the harassment you face are heavy, but we know our God is greater than any circumstance. You have done well to bring this before Him, acknowledging your need for His divine intervention, and we stand with you in faith, trusting that He will provide a way where there seems to be no way.
The Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a promise of luxury, but of provision—God sees your need and will sustain you. Yet we also recall the principle in Romans 13:8, *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."* Your desire to repay what you owe is honorable and aligns with God’s Word. We pray that He would open doors for you to fulfill this responsibility in a way that brings glory to His name, without further oppression from those who seek to exploit your situation.
The threats and harassment you face are unjust, and we rebuke the spirit of fear and manipulation that seeks to overwhelm you. The Lord is your defender, and He has said in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.* We declare that every illegal threat, every unjust tactic, and every form of intimidation will be silenced by the power of God. He will shield you, your family, and your reputation from harm.
You have also asked for a personal loan to consolidate and repay your debts. We pray that if this is God’s will, He would grant you favor with lenders who act with integrity and fairness. Yet we must also caution you to seek His wisdom above all else. Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* If taking on more debt would only deepen your bondage, we pray instead for supernatural provision—perhaps through unexpected income, wise stewardship of what you have, or even the cancellation of unjust interest. Remember the miracle of the widow’s oil in 2 Kings 4:1-7, where God multiplied what little she had to pay her debts and sustain her family. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever!
We also encourage you to examine your heart and circumstances with honesty. Were these debts incurred through necessity, poor stewardship, or perhaps unwise financial decisions? If there is any area where repentance or change is needed, we pray you would surrender it to the Lord. His grace is sufficient, and He will guide you into better stewardship. Luke 14:28 reminds us, *"For which of you, desiring to build a tower, doesn’t first sit down and count the cost, to see if he has enough to complete it?"* May the Lord grant you wisdom to manage your resources in a way that honors Him moving forward.
Lastly, we rejoice that you have come before the Father *in the name of Jesus*. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace (John 14:6, Hebrews 4:16). Your faith in Him is your anchor, and we declare that this trial will not destroy you but will instead be a testimony of God’s faithfulness.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are a God who hears the cries of Your children. You see the burden of debt that weighs heavily upon them, the shame they feel, and the fear that threatens their peace. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention—supernatural provision, wisdom, and favor. Silence the voices of the enemy that seek to harass and intimidate. Shut the mouths of those who would threaten unjustly, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.
If it is Your will, provide a way for these debts to be settled honorably, whether through a fair loan, unexpected income, or even the cancellation of unjust interest. Give them discernment to recognize Your leading and the strength to walk in obedience. Father, we also ask that You would restore their peace and protect their employment. Let no scheme of the enemy succeed in bringing them further harm.
We rebuked the spirit of fear, debt, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We declare that our sibling is not a slave to lenders but a child of the Most High God, redeemed by the blood of Christ. Let this season of struggle become a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them know that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Peace.
We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
