We come before the Father with you, lifting up your burdens and seeking His divine wisdom and provision in this time of financial distress. Your heart’s cry for forgiveness and deliverance is heard, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that our God is a God of justice, mercy, and miraculous provision. It is right that you have come before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16) and the promise that *"all things, whatever you pray and ask for, believing, you will receive"* (Mark 11:24, WEB).
Your desire to repay what you owe is honorable and aligns with Scripture, which teaches us that *"the wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously"* (Psalm 37:21, WEB) and that we must *"owe no one anything, except to love one another"* (Romans 13:8, WEB). However, we must also address the request for debts to be completely closed without further payment, as this could imply a desire to avoid rightful obligations. While we pray for God’s supernatural intervention—whether through favor, settlement, or provision—we must also trust in His timing and His ways, which may include a path of responsible repayment. Remember that *"the rich rules over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender"* (Proverbs 22:7, WEB), and God often uses these seasons to teach us reliance on Him and stewardship of what He provides.
The harassment you are facing is grievous, and we rebuked the spirit of fear and oppression in the name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal your peace, but *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble"* (Psalm 46:1, WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against you—whether threats, legal actions, or shame—shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord sees your affliction, and He will contend with those who contend with you (Isaiah 49:25). We pray for divine protection over your home, your family, your reputation, and your new job. May the Lord place a hedge of thorns around you, so that no harassing calls, visits, or threats penetrate His peace. *"No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling"* (Psalm 91:10, WEB).
As for your request for a personal loan, we pray that if it is God’s will, He will open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide favor with lenders or unexpected sources of income. Yet we also encourage you to seek His wisdom in managing finances moving forward. *"Which of you, if he asks his father for bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he won’t give him a snake, will he? ... how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him!"* (Matthew 7:9-11, WEB). Trust that He knows your needs and will supply them according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). But let this season also be a time of examining how debts were incurred, so that with God’s help, you may walk in greater financial wisdom and freedom. *"The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty"* (Proverbs 21:5, WEB).
We also sense a need to encourage you in your faith. You have done well to come before the Lord in Jesus’ name, for *"there is no other name under heaven ... by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). In this name, there is power to break every chain of debt, fear, and oppression. Stand firm in the assurance that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Do not let the enemy whisper lies of hopelessness or shame—*"there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are the God who sees and the God who provides. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this financial storm. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You (Jeremiah 32:17). We pray that You would supernaturally move on behalf of this dear one—whether through debt settlement, unexpected income, or favor with creditors. Close the mouths of those who harass and threaten, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, if there has been any mismanagement or lack of wisdom in the past, we ask for Your forgiveness and for the grace to walk in greater stewardship. Teach them Your ways, Lord, and lead them into financial freedom. Provide for every need, and let no weapon of the enemy—whether fear, shame, or oppression—prevail against them. We declare that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Peace.
If a personal loan is Your will, Lord, open the doors and grant favor. But above all, let Your name be glorified in this situation. May this trial become a testimony of Your faithfulness and power. We rebuke every spirit of debt, fear, and lack in the name of Jesus, and we declare that our sibling is *more than a conqueror through Him who loved us* (Romans 8:37).
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God"* (Philippians 4:6, WEB). Keep a record of every promise He gives you in Scripture, and stand on them in faith. If possible, seek wise counsel from a godly financial advisor or pastor who can help you navigate this season with biblical principles. And remember: *"The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing"* (Psalm 23:1, WEB). He will not abandon you. Stay steadfast, and watch for His deliverance!
