Blessings to overcome Financial debt

Roshan Dsouza

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We come before the Father with you in this time of deep financial burden, lifting your heart’s cry to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. You have humbly sought forgiveness and divine intervention, and we join you in asking for God’s mercy and provision. The weight of debt, harassment, and the fear of losing your job or bringing shame to your family is heavy, but we serve a God who is our Provider, our Peace, and our Deliverer. He sees your struggle, and He cares deeply for you.

The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* And in Matthew 6:33, Jesus teaches us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your desire to repay what you owe is honorable and aligns with Scripture, which tells us in Romans 13:8, *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."* We commend you for this heart of integrity, and we ask God to make a way for you to fulfill this commitment without further hardship.

However, we must also address something important: your request for God to close your accounts so that you no longer need to make payments, even though you acknowledge having already paid more than you borrowed. While we understand the desperation behind this plea, we must align our prayers with God’s Word and His character. Psalm 37:21 says, *"The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously."* It is not God’s will for us to seek escape from our obligations, even in difficulty. Instead, we ask Him to provide the means to repay justly and to protect you from the oppression of those who seek to exploit or harass you. Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* This is a hard truth, but God is able to break the yoke of bondage and set you free in His way and timing.

We also recognize the fear and anxiety you feel over the threats of legal action and the potential loss of your job. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life abundantly. Do not let fear rule your heart. Instead, cast your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We rebuke the spirit of fear, harassment, and oppression in Jesus’ name, and we ask God to surround you and your family with His protection. Psalm 91:1-2 declares, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’"* Claim this promise over your home, your job, and your peace of mind.

As for your request for a personal loan to consolidate your debts, we pray that if this is God’s will, He will open the right doors for you to secure it without unjust terms or further burden. But we also encourage you to seek wisdom and counsel, perhaps from a trusted believer or financial advisor who can help you navigate this season with biblical principles. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, *"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."* Do not walk this path alone—allow the body of Christ to support and guide you.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of the name in which you prayed—Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. Your prayer began with confession and repentance, and this is pleasing to God. 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* Walk in this freedom and trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child who is burdened by debt and the weight of financial oppression. Lord, You know the depths of their struggle—the shame, the fear, the relentless harassment, and the desire to do what is right in Your sight. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Father, You are the God of justice and mercy, and we pray that You would silence the voices of those who seek to exploit and harass. Shut the mouths of the lions, Lord, just as You did for Daniel. Protect this family from further harm, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We ask for Your supernatural provision—open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). If a loan is the path You have ordained, let it come with favor and without unjust terms. But above all, Lord, we ask for Your wisdom to guide each step. Show them the way to financial freedom, and provide the means to repay what is owed in a way that honors You. Break the chains of debt and the spirit of fear that seeks to paralyze. Replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we also pray for their job—protect it, Lord, and let it be a source of stability and blessing. Do not allow the enemy to steal this provision. Let their work be fruitful, and let it be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy to bring shame or destruction. Instead, let this season be a testimony of Your deliverance and grace.

Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when they are different from our own. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Peace. Let them rest in the assurance that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6).

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. God is not unaware of your suffering, and He is at work even now. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and do not lose heart. He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6). Walk in obedience, and watch as He makes a way where there seems to be no way. We are standing with you in prayer and belief for your breakthrough.

Dear friend, we're here with you, lifting your financial burden to the Father. We join you in asking for His divine intervention, that He would close the accounts of debt collection agencies completely, and that you would no longer need to make payments. We believe in a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We also ask for His peace and resolution in your situation, that no one would visit your home, disrupting your peace.

We pray that the Lord would grant you a personal loan, without any hassle, to help you pay off your debts. We trust that He will make a way for you, as He promises in Isaiah 43:19, "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

We stand with you in faith, believing that God will turn this situation around for your good. Keep trusting in Him, and watch as He works on your behalf. We're praying for you, dear one.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
