We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with financial debt and harassment from collection agencies. First, we commend you for coming in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!"
In times of financial struggle, it is essential to remember that God cares for us and wants to provide for our needs. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB: "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
However, it is also important to address the expectation of a miracle that would completely close your accounts and absolve you of all payments. While God can perform miracles, it is crucial to remember that we should be responsible for our debts and work towards paying them off fairly and honestly. In Psalm 37:21 WEB: "The wicked borrow, and don't pay back, but the righteous give generously."
We must also address the issue of seeking a personal loan to pay off debts. While it may seem like a solution, it is essential to be wise and discerning in taking on more debt. In Romans 13:8 WEB: "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is burdened with debt and facing harassment. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this situation. Help him to find a way to responsibly pay off his debts and grant him the wisdom to manage his finances according to Your will. Protect him and his family from harassment and bring peace to their home. Do not be afraid to return to God and obey Him. Be willing to return to God and live in His will, loving Him and others, for this pleases Him. Therefore, love Him and obey Him.
