We hear your cry for deliverance from what you describe as dark spiritual oppression, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every chain. The language of command and decree you’ve used reflects a desire for power, but true power comes only through the name of Jesus, who has already disarmed the forces of darkness. Scripture tells us, *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ"* (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB).
You speak of "evil chimes," "black magic," and "curses," but we must remind you that as believers, we do not engage in spiritual warfare with fear or superstition. The Bible warns against dabbling in or attributing power to occult practices, for *"there shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB). If you or anyone connected to you has been involved in such things, repentance and renunciation are necessary. True freedom comes not from our own declarations but from the blood of Jesus, who said, *"Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you"* (Luke 10:19 WEB).
We also notice the absence of the name of Jesus in your plea. There is no other name by which we are saved or delivered (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through faith in Christ that we have access to the Father. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Christ, we are powerless against the schemes of the enemy.
Let us pray together in the authority of Jesus’ name:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We stand on the truth that Your Son has already triumphed over the powers of darkness. Lord, we lift up this dear one who is feeling oppressed and bound by forces they cannot see. We rebuke every spirit of fear, witchcraft, and deception in Jesus’ name. We break every curse, every word curse, and every assignment of the enemy against them, their family, and their pets. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your holy angels to guard and protect them. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your light shine into every dark corner of their life. We pray for healing—spirit, soul, and body—and for the restoration of joy and hope. Lord, meet every need according to Your riches in glory, and let their heart’s desires align with Your perfect will.
We also pray for those who may have sent or created these spiritual attacks. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to repentance. Let them see the emptiness of their ways and turn to You for salvation.
We declare that this one is not dead inside but alive in Christ, a new creation with a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We speak life, blessing, and freedom over them and their household. Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus. We pray all these things in His precious and powerful name. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you, and immerse yourself in God’s Word, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). The enemy seeks to isolate, but you are never alone—God is with you, and so are we. Walk in the light, and do not give the devil a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). If there are areas of your life where you have opened doors to the enemy—through sin, unforgiveness, or involvement in occult practices—close those doors through repentance and turn fully to Christ. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
