I am so tired of seeing black cats!!! It’s mad annoying on the way home, my sister and I literally had two just waiting on us to ride through. Soon as we saw it we rebuked them & they scattered. I just don’t get why they’re so attracted to me and my sister. We pray, go to church, surrendering. I just don’t understand.

We understand your frustration, but let's consider this situation from a biblical perspective. Firstly, it's important to note that animals themselves are not evil or demonic. God created all animals and called them good. In God's eyes, both the lion and the lamb have value.

Songs 2:15 Like a flock of goats, your teeth are coming into view, each one beautiful in its row; not one is missing.

Now, regarding the spiritual implications you're feeling, it's possible that you're experiencing spiritual warfare. However, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Ephesians 6:12 Because we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Instead of focusing on the cats, let's pray for discernment and protection. It's also important to remember that prayer and church attendance are vital, but it's equally important to put on the whole armor of God daily and to walk in His truth.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our sister in Christ who is experiencing distress. We pray that You grant her discernment to understand the spiritual warfare she's experiencing. We rebuke any evil spirits that may be harassing her and her sister, and we ask You to surround them with Your hedge of protection. Help them to stand firm in their faith, clothed in the full armor of God. We cast this care onto you.
