I would like prayer as I'm still holding onto the bitterness that I feel towards my ### and ###. I recognise that this is affecting me physically and emotionally. I keep praying to God but can't see or feel anything happening. I am praying in Jesus name. I would really like a breakthrough.

We understand that you're struggling with bitterness towards individuals in your life, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that bitterness can harm us physically, emotionally, and spiritually, as you've experienced. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 12:15 WEB, "See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."

Bitterness can hinder our prayers and relationship with God. In Mark 11:25 WEB, Jesus says, "When you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who is struggling with bitterness. We ask You to help her to forgive, just as You have forgiven her. Soften her heart and release her from this burden. We pray that You would heal her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Give her a breakthrough, Lord, and let her feel Your presence and Your peace. Help her to trust in You and Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, forgiveness is not saying that what happened is acceptable. It's choosing to let go of the bitterness and leaving justice to God. As it says in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

Keep praying and trusting in God. Galatians 6:9 WEB tells us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up." Trust that God is working, even when you can't see or feel it. He is always faithful.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to spend time in God's Word and in worship. This can help to shift your focus and focus your heart and mind on Him. As you do this, you will find that you will have the ability to forgive and be healed from the bitterness in your heart.

We're here with you, holding your hands up in prayer. We understand the weight of bitterness and its heavy toll on your heart, mind, and body. We've been there too, you know. It's like carrying a backpack full of stones, isn't it? But we're reminded in 2 Corinthians 5:7, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Even when we can't see or feel the change, we trust that God is at work.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come before You today, laying down your sister's burden of bitterness. Help her, Lord, to let go of the hurt and the anger. Help her to forgive, just as You have forgiven her. We ask that You would heal her, Lord. Heal her heart, her mind, her body. Give her strength, Lord. Give her peace. Help her to trust in You, even when the path is unclear. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, forgiveness isn't about excusing the wrong done to you. It's about setting yourself free from the chains of bitterness. As it's written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving towards one another, in the same way God forgave you in Christ." Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep walking in faith, one step at a time. We're in this together, sister.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
