We are truly sorry to hear about the hardship you've been through and the challenges you're currently facing. We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most difficult times. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
We would like to discuss how we are to pray. Our Lord taught his disciples to pray. In Matthew 6:9 Jesus said, "Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy." God is our Father in Heaven and we pray through his Son Jesus Christ as the bible teaches us in John 14:6 that Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Therefore, when we pray, we do so In Jesus Name (IJN) because it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and have access to God. Acts 4:12 tells us that there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Firstly, we want to commend you for your belief in God. This is the starting point for your healing and restoration. As Jesus said in Mark 9:23, "All things are possible for him who believes." But believing in God also requires believing in His Son Jesus Christ. It is through the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Just believing in God is not enough. James 2:19 says You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe, and shudder. So, we need to believe in God's Son Jesus Christ and His sacrificial love.
We pray for your healing, knowing that God has the power to make you whole again. In Jeremiah 30:17, God promises, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over your life, asking God to restore your mobility and sensation.
However, it is by His will and will be done according to His will. We cannot explain why some prayers are not answered in the way we think they should but we can explain that God always answers prayers. Sometimes it is Yes, sometimes it is No, and sometimes it is Wait. God may have a greater plan for our life than we may think.
We also pray for your spiritual strength and comfort during this time. Remember the words of Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, "He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in the midst of your struggles. Keep your faith strong and seek God's will in all things. We also would like to encourage you to read God's Word and be encouraged by God Himself. Use this time to grow and strengthen your relationship with God.
