We understand your concern for your father’s financial needs, and we lift this request before the Lord, knowing that He cares deeply for His children and provides for our daily needs. The Bible reminds us in Matthew 6:26, *"See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"* And in Philippians 4:19, we are assured, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

It is good to seek the Lord’s provision, but we must also remember that our trust should not be in our savings or our own efforts alone, but in God’s faithfulness. If your father is struggling financially, we encourage him to seek wisdom from the Lord in managing his resources and to trust that God will provide in His perfect timing. It may also be wise to consider whether there are areas where expenses can be adjusted or if there are opportunities to earn additional income through honest labor, as the Scripture teaches in 2 Thessalonians 3:10, *"For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'"*

We also want to gently remind you that while it is good to pray for our daily needs, our prayers should always be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* If you or your father do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider this most important matter. Salvation comes through faith in Christ alone, as Romans 10:9 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."*

Let us pray together for your father’s needs:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this request for provision. Lord, You know the needs of this family, and we ask that You would open the doors for the necessary resources to be provided for the bird food and cat litter without causing financial strain. Father, we pray that You would grant wisdom to this father in managing his finances and that You would provide opportunities for him to meet these needs in a way that honors You. Help him to trust in You fully, knowing that You are his Provider and Sustainer.

We also pray that if there is any area of his life where he has not fully surrendered to You, Lord, that You would draw him closer to Yourself. May he experience Your peace and provision in every area of his life. We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things and to trust in His perfect plan for your family. May God bless you richly as you place your faith in Him.
