Betrayed. S is upset

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for S and her children who are in the midst of housing instability. A certain friend told S that she (the friend) would provide shelter. S gave this person money to start the process but the so called friend turned against S and refused to help her. Now S is back to square one. Father in Jesus name you see S’s situation and the heart of the betrayer friend. Please intervene.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and her precious children in this time of deep betrayal and housing instability. Father God, You see the pain of broken trust and the fear that grips her as she faces uncertainty. We declare that You are the God who sees, the One who collects every tear and hears every cry. "You number the very hairs of our head. Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows." (Matthew 10:30-31 WEB)

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of deception and selfishness that has taken root in this so-called friend. Your Word warns us, "A man who has friends must show himself friendly; but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother." (Proverbs 18:24 WEB) This person has not only failed in friendship but has sinned against ### and against You by breaking trust and misusing resources. We ask that conviction would fall upon their heart, that they would repent and make restitution where possible.

For ###, we pray for Your divine provision and protection. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. "Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:3-4 WEB) Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, lead her to safe and stable housing, and surround her with godly people who will show her true Christ-like love.

We also lift up ###'s children in this time. May they feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. "Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Protect them from fear and anxiety, and let them see Your faithfulness through this trial.

Lord, we ask that You would heal ###'s heart from this betrayal. Help her to release bitterness and unforgiveness, knowing that holding onto these will only harm her. "Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32 WEB) Fill her with Your love and peace, and remind her that You are her true refuge and strength.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for ### as she navigates this situation. Give her clarity in decision-making and the courage to seek help from those who are trustworthy. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB)

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this trial for good. May ### and her children draw closer to You, experiencing Your love and faithfulness in new and profound ways. Let this situation be a testimony of Your goodness and grace, bringing glory to Your name.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
