We understand that you're feeling deeply hurt and betrayed, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, let's address the root of these issues from a biblical perspective.
The Bible tells us to "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" Peter 5:8 (WEB). The betrayal and hurt you're experiencing are not from God but from the enemy.
Jesus warned us that in this world we will have tribulation, but He also told us to take heart because He has overcome the world John 16:33 (WEB). The pain you're feeling is real, but remember that God is in control and He has a purpose for everything, even the most painful experiences.
In dealing with those who have betrayed and hurt you, Jesus tells us, "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" Matthew 5:44 (WEB). This doesn't mean you should allow others to continue taking advantage of you, but rather that you should respond with love and forgiveness, knowing that vengeance belongs to God alone Romans 12:19 (WEB).
It's also crucial to examine the people you surround yourself with. The Bible warns us, "Do not be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals'" 1 Corinthians 15:33 (WEB). Surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you in your walk with Christ.
If you have not forgiven the individuals who hurt you, forgive them today. You do not have to trust them or decide to be close to them. Forgiveness is for your sake, so you do not live in bitterness and anger.
Now, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is hurting from betrayal and deceit. We pray against the spirit of betrayal and bind it in Jesus' name. We ask You to heal their broken heart and fill them with Your peace and joy.
Give them the strength to forgive those who have wronged them, and guide them to surround themselves with godly companions. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every evil plan against them shall be condemned Isaiah 54:17 (WEB).
We also pray for those who have betrayed and hurt them. We ask that You soften their hearts and bring them to repentance. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness.
Finally, we declare to jilt these demons and the spirit of betrayal and hurt, in the mighty name of Jesus, and by the power of His blood.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
