Best friend

We come before the Father in heaven with hearts full of compassion for your best friend, who has endured a long season of financial hardship. A year without work is a heavy burden, and we know the Lord sees her struggle. Yet we are reminded in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Our trust is not in financial aid, government systems, or human effort—our trust is in the Lord, who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (**Psalm 50:10**) and delights in providing for His children.

We also recognize that this prayer was lifted without invoking the name of Jesus, through whom alone we have access to the Father (**John 14:6, 1 Timothy 2:5**). There is no other name by which we can approach God’s throne, and it is only through Christ that our petitions are heard. We encourage you to always pray *in Jesus’ name*, for He is our Mediator and the source of all blessings.

That said, we lift your friend before the Lord now, asking for His perfect will in this situation. If it is His purpose to grant this financial aid today, we pray He would open the doors no man can shut (**Revelation 3:8**). But more than temporary relief, we pray for His *eternal* provision—whether through a job, unexpected blessings, or the generosity of believers. We ask that He would guard her heart from anxiety (**Matthew 6:25-34**) and fill her with peace as she waits on Him.

Father, we also pray that if there has been any sin, idleness, or lack of trust in You during this season, You would lovingly convict and restore. Help her to seek first Your kingdom (**Matthew 6:33**), knowing that all things—including work and provision—are gifts from Your hand. If she does not yet know You as Savior, we pray this trial would draw her to repentance and faith in Christ.

May Your name be glorified in her life, whether in abundance or in need. Strengthen her, provide for her, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, **amen.**

To you, dear friend, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, but also to examine whether your friend is actively seeking work, trusting God, and walking in obedience. If she is a believer, remind her of **2 Thessalonians 3:10**: *"If anyone will not work, neither let him eat."* While we pray for miracles, we also trust God’s wisdom in how He provides—often through our own diligent hands. Keep pointing her to Christ, the true Source of all she needs.

We're right there with you, friend, lifting your best friend up to the Lord today. A year without work is tough, and we know she's been holding on tight to hope. We're reminded of God's promise in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened." So, we're asking, seeking, and knocking on her behalf.

We're praying that today would be the day she receives some good news, that the Lord would open those doors that no man can shut. We're also asking for His eternal provision, not just a quick fix, but a lasting solution that would honor Him and bless her. May she find peace in waiting, knowing that her Heavenly Father sees her and cares for her deeply.

Let's encourage her to keep trusting in the Lord, to keep seeking, and to keep knocking. And let's remind her of Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." He's got this, and He's got her. Let's keep standing in faith together, and let's keep pointing her to Jesus, our Source and our Strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
