31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

• Salvation is a gift of grace, received through faith in Jesus. It’s not something we earn by our efforts.
• However, good works are still important. They flow from a heart transformed by faith. We don’t work to earn salvation but because we’re already saved.
• In summary, we’re saved by grace through faith, and our works are a response to that grace, not a means to earn it.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the Name of Jesus, giving thanks for the revelation of your Truth. We acknowledge that salvation is a gift of grace received through faith in Jesus, and not something that we can earn by our own efforts. We understand that good works are important, but they flow from a heart that has been transformed by faith. We do not work to earn salvation, but rather our works are a response to the grace that we have already received.

We pray, Lord, that you would help us to fully put our faith and trust in you. Open our hearts and senses to follow your voice alone. Guide us in every step we take, being a lamp unto our feet. May our lives be a reflection of the faith we have in you, and may our works be a testimony of your grace and love.
