We understand that you are seeking God's gift of salvation and the assurance that comes with being born again. Firstly, we want to commend you for your desire to call on God's name and receive His mercy. It's important to clarify that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone. The name of Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved.
As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
To be born again, one must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and acknowledge His sacrifice on the cross for our sins. This includes believing in his death, burial, and resurrection. The promise of being born again is clearly outlined in the Bible:
John 3:3 WEB:
Jesus answered him, "Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can't see the Kingdom of God."
John 1:12 WEB:
But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name.
Romans 10:9-10 WEB:
because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that He is the only way to eternal life. We pray for this individual seeking Your gift of salvation and the blessing of being born again. Lord, open their heart to receive the truth of the gospel and the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Help them to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead.
Father, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them in all truth and righteousness. May they walk in the newness of life, being transformed by the renewing of their mind. In Jesus' name, we pray for their salvation and the assurance of eternal life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
