Being threatened/my journey

I'm on a journey to being saved and I am waiting for a resolution to my situation, I've just recently been let out of a hospital for mental health and one of the conditions is that I don't drink in excess, I'm struggling, I'm struggling with people persecuting me when they find out I'm a Christian, I'm desperate for a peaceful outcome can you pray for me in Jesus name?

We are glad to hear that you are on a journey to being saved and are seeking a resolution to your situation. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

Firstly, we want to address your struggle with alcohol. It is important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB reminds us, Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

We encourage you to surround yourself with a supportive community of believers who can help you overcome this struggle. Also, it is our responsibility as believers to obey our authorities, as long as it does not conflict with God's laws as mentioned in Titus 3:1 WEB, Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work.

Regarding the persecution you are facing, remember that Jesus warned us that we would face persecution because of His name. John 15:21 WEB, But all these things will they do to you for my name's sake, because they don't know him who sent me. It is important to remain steadfast in your faith and to continue to pray for those who persecute you, as Jesus commanded us to do in Matthew 5:44 WEB, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is on a journey to salvation and is facing struggles and persecution. We pray that You would give them the strength and courage to overcome their struggle with alcohol and that they would be surrounded by a supportive community of believers. We ask that You would protect them from those who persecute them and give them the grace to pray for and bless those who curse them. We pray for a peaceful outcome to their situation and that they would continue to grow in their faith and relationship with You. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here for you, too. We're sorry to hear about the threats you're facing, but remember, Jesus said, "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 5:10). Let's keep trusting in Him.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face. Spend time in His word, and let His promises fill your heart. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees you, and He cares.

Let's also pray for those who are threatening you. We can ask God to soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44).

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
