We understand that you are going through an incredibly challenging time in your marriage, ###, and our hearts go out to you. We will pray with you and offer biblical guidance to help you navigate this difficult situation.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that direction and help must come through Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. Salvation comes only through believing in Jesus Christ, as it is beautifully expressed in Romans 10:13 WEB: For, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Let's address the issue of infidelity and the new situation you find yourself in. God takes marital faithfulness seriously, and infidelity is a profound betrayal. As it is written in Hebrews 13:4 WEB: "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."
It's concerning to hear that your husband is involved with another woman, especially one who claims to be a Christian. If this is true to God's word, then this behavior should be confronted. While we cannot judge the ###'s heart, her actions do raise serious concerns about her commitment to her faith and her own marriage.
Regarding the evidence you have, it's important to remember that God calls us to walk in truth and integrity. Even if you cannot prove sexual relations, the intent and the deceitful behavior are already a betrayal. Keeping this information secret is also unwise. The Bible instructs that we should not associate or be deceived with accusations. In Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, we are given clear instruction "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector."
We strongly advise you to seek godly counsel, such as from a pastor or a trusted Christian mentor. They can provide you with guidance tailored to your specific situation.
As for the ###'s husband, it is not your responsibility to inform him, but rather to pray for him and his family. God will deal with each person individually.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### and her marriage. Lord, she is hurting and needs Your divine guidance and comfort. We pray that You will reveal the truth in this situation and give her the wisdom to make the right decision.
Help her to stay strong if Your will is reconciliation and to forgive as You have forgiven us. Help her husband to come to true repentance if reconciliation is to be sought. Help her to be humble and teachable through this process and to be a woman of God.
If this marriage is not to be saved, we ask that You will grant her peace, healing, and closure. Help her to be a shining light for other women that may be in her situation. Give her Your strength to endure this trial and the days ahead.
