There is an EXTREME amount of INjustice regarding a young child named RACHAEL, just turned five a couple of days ago. The male that had supervised visitation by JUSTICE should still have supervised. The LAW looks at TWO factors: ONE: Hasthere been INcidents in the supervised setting and TWO: hasthe party undergone therapy. This male has many!!!! PSychological issues though the courts shoved IT under the RUG! , There have been incidents in the supervised setting (documentated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!) also shoved under the rug , and the party was court ordered to ENGAGE in Therapy for his issues.
1. Psychological shows CHRONIC PERVASIVE ISSUES basically stating that party not a good candidate for therapy bec. he is not insightful enough, not smart enough and too old (he is 58), Documentation of INCIDENTS (bad judgement, touchy feely with child not respecting her boundries, and law enforcement repoprts, the party stated he is going to therapy for not seeing young child and NOT AWARE OF HIS MENTAL ISSUES though on MANY! mental health drugs for mental illness (of course he disclosed this when baby was almost 9 months old).HE is MANIPULATOR< CONTROL FREAK and PATHOLOGICAL LIAR!!!!! INJUSTICE and Rachael's CIVIL LIBERTIES BEING CRUSHED by the Chester COunty PA Family COURTS!!!!!! GOD Will not look favorable on the peop[le involved in this INJUSITCE this Christmas season,,,,,, of course it is not their flesh and blood........ They are being ILLEGAL And wrong!
