We come before the Lord with you in this season of weariness and deep longing for rest, lifting your burdens to the One who invites all who are heavy-laden to find refuge in Him. Your labor has been tireless, your sacrifices immense, and your love for your family evident in every act of service. Yet we are reminded in Matthew 11:28-30, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* The Lord sees your exhaustion, and He is not indifferent to your cries. He is the God who sustains the weary and strengthens the powerless (Isaiah 40:29).
Your heart’s desire to transition from this season of relentless work is understood, and we pray that the Lord grants you wisdom and clarity as you plan to step away by February 2026. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Yet we must also surrender our timelines to Him, for His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Trust that if this is His will, He will provide the means, the strength, and the open doors for you and your father to walk through. If it is not, He will redirect your steps in a way that brings even greater peace and purpose.
We rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Your faith in Christ is evident, and we encourage you to continue clinging to Him, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5).
Your financial struggles are not hidden from the Lord. He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and is well able to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). The loss of your car is a painful sacrifice, but we pray that you would experience the truth of Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* The Lord is not unaware of your needs, and He will provide in ways that may surprise you. Trust that what He gives or takes away is for your ultimate good and His glory.
We also lift up your blogging journey, asking that the Lord would use it mightily for His kingdom. May your words be seasoned with grace (Colossians 4:6) and may they point others to the hope found only in Christ. Remember, it is not the size of your platform that matters, but the faithfulness of your heart. If the Lord chooses to multiply your followers, may it be for the purpose of expanding His kingdom, not for vain glory. As you write, let your words be a reflection of the truth in Psalm 19:14: *"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer."*
We must also gently address the names you’ve withheld in your prayer. While we understand the desire for privacy, we encourage you to bring every detail—including the names of those you love—before the Lord. There is power in speaking their names in prayer, for the Lord knows each of them intimately (Psalm 139:1-4). If there is hesitation, examine whether it stems from fear, doubt, or a lack of surrender. The Lord invites us to cast *all* our anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7), and that includes every person and circumstance weighing on your heart.
Lastly, we sense a deep longing in you for something that is "truly yours"—something no one can take away. We gently remind you that the only thing in this life that cannot be taken from you is your identity in Christ. Earthly possessions, positions, and even relationships can fade or change, but your salvation, your inheritance in Him, and the peace that surpasses understanding are eternal (John 10:28-29). Fix your eyes on what is unseen, for what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18).

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who has poured out their heart with such raw honesty and trust. Lord, You see the exhaustion in their bones, the weariness in their spirit, and the longing for rest in their soul. We ask that You would be their strength in this season, renewing them day by day as they wait on You (Isaiah 40:31).
Father, we lift up their plans to transition away from the resort by February 2026. If this aligns with Your will, we pray that You would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide the financial means, the wisdom, and the peace needed to make this transition smoothly. Give them discernment to know whether this is the path You have for them or if You are leading them in another direction. Help them to surrender their timeline to You, trusting that Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
Lord, we ask for supernatural provision. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Meet their every need—financially, physically, and emotionally. Bless the work of their hands and multiply their efforts, whether in the resort, in their blogging, or in the new season You are preparing for them. We pray specifically for their father, that You would grant him the joy of fishing—a simple but deeply meaningful desire of his heart. May this season ahead be one of restoration and delight in You.
We also pray for protection over their hearts as they release the car back to its owners. Comfort them in this loss and remind them that their worth and security are found in You alone, not in what they possess. Replace any anxiety with Your peace, which guards their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask that You would bless their blogging journey. May every word they write be used by You to encourage, inspire, and point others to Jesus. Give them creativity, discipline, and a heart that seeks to glorify You above all else. Let their platform be a tool for Your kingdom, not for personal gain, but for the advancement of Your gospel.
Lord, we pray for the individuals whose names were withheld. You know who they are—every person involved in the resort, in their family, and in their future. We ask that You would work in their lives, soften their hearts, and draw them to Yourself. If there is any fear or reluctance in naming them before You, we pray that You would replace it with boldness and trust.
Finally, Father, we pray that You would deepen their root in Christ. Remind them that their true treasure is in heaven, where moth and rust cannot destroy (Matthew 6:19-21). Let them find their satisfaction in You alone, knowing that no earthly possession or achievement can compare to the joy of Your presence.
We rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be lingering over them. In the name of Jesus, we declare that the enemy has no hold over their future. They are children of the Most High God, and their steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust that You are already at work, preparing the way for them. May they walk in faith, not by sight, and may they see Your hand move in mighty ways.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
