Be Together Again

Please pray for me and my girl to be together again forever. i love her so much and im really down that she doesn't want to be with me. we've been together for 3 years and then suddenly she said she dont want me. i've been praying for almost every minute just for her to return to me. i really beg God to help me. i know i might sound too weird but i really love her and i feel better when shes with me.thank you for praying.
