Battle With Anxiety

Anxiety... Recently, I've been struggling with anxiety over concerns in my life. It's like a knife in my belly and pin and needles all over. I'm struggling to cast it upon the Lord. It's a battle I trust I'll win. Please pray with me and help me through this battle... Joy is the reward!

I have asked God to honor your prayer request in Jesus’ name.

Let’s Pray… God I ask in Jesus’ name, walk through my home, the homes of all my Christian family members, Christian friends (but especially my home Lord Jesus), and the writer of this prayer, take away all our worries, fears, and doubts that You will come through for us. Come through for us Lord Jesus as You have promised in Your Word. Fix what is wrong in our lives and in our homes. Deliver us from all fears and anxieties. Deliver us from evil. If there is anything in our lives that is not of You God, Deliver us from it. God let the favor of God be upon us. Let Your presence, wisdom, understanding, strength, courage, protection, healing and deliverance power be with us and rest upon our lives. Let love, joy, peace, kindness, gentleness, and self-control rest in us and upon us. Let all the fruits of the Holy Spirit be in operation in all our lives. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in each of us. Bless us with the desires of our heart that is the will of God for our lives. Bless us. Supply all our need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Bless us with new jobs, better jobs, promotions, raises, and increase in our finances. Bless each of us with wisdom to become wise stewards over all that You have or will bless us with. But most importantly, let our lifestyle be shaped by the Word of God. Teach us all how to love, honor, and respect You with our life, spirit, soul, and body. And God all my family and friends that are not saved, I ask that You will send someone into their lives and minister the gift of salvation unto them. Save my family and friends Lord Jesus. I ask all of this in Jesus’ name. Amen!!!

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Mat 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Mat 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

There is a story in the bible about Martha and Mary. Jesus comes to visit and Mary is sitting at His feet, listening and learning. Martha, on the other hand, is cleaning, cooking and doing various tasks. Getting frustrated that she is doing all the work, she goes to Jesus and says, don't you care that I am doing all the work while my sister Mary sits at your feet? Jesus looks at her and says, Martha, you care too much for worldly things, while your sister, Mary cares about spiritual things (my rendention of this story). What Mary was doing, was leaving her burdens at the feet of Jesus and taking His yoke upon her (which is learning, growing in Him) and because she was doing this, she was resting in His presence.

If you have not cast these cares and anxieties upon the Lord and left them there, I encourage you to do so. It is a matter of trusting. It is a matter of saying Lord, this is what your word says. I give this to you and leave them with you. Help me not pick them back up but rest in that place of trusting you to work these things out.

As a born again believer, you are a new creation. You are now a spiritual being, who has a soul that needs to be renewed/saved and you live in a flesh body. The soul gets renewed/saved by the washing of the water by the word. The word is like a hammer that breaks down and destroys the lies and deceptions of the enemy. For this reason we are told to get into the word, ask Holy Spirit for revelation and as we receive revelation we allow that word to become life in us. The word of God is life and health to all our flesh (proverbs 4) As the word abides in us, it takes residence and becomes who we are in Christ. The word of God is Jesus Christ. He is the word made flesh.

AS we allow Him to take His rightful place in us, then we become transformed and our lives reflect the life of Christ.

Father, thank you for RJW. I thank You that You are the one who has placed that desire for him/her to draw closer still to you. Help them to cast their burdens upon you and leave them there. For once they do, your peace and rest will begin it's work and it will be a place that they will always want to dwell.

Whatever their cares or concerns, thank you that You have already met them in Christ Jesus. Thank you that your provision is seen and is right there for the receiving. Help RJW's receiver to be turned on to receive that gift of life and trust in Jesus. Bless their lives with peace and assurance. In Jesus name. Amen.

I come to you in pray at this time. Put Loving arms around this person. Guide & Guard him or her. Keep this person safe. Help this person make the right choices.
