Bad Relationship

We understand the deep longing in your heart for this dear sister to find the right spouse—a godly man who will love, cherish, and lead her in a way that honors the Lord. We lift this request before our Heavenly Father, trusting in His perfect timing and sovereign will.
First, we must address the foundation of any relationship: it must be rooted in Christ. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" If this sister is currently in a relationship that does not align with God’s Word—whether it involves an unbeliever, premarital intimacy, or any other ungodly dynamic—we must pray for conviction and repentance. The Lord desires purity and holiness in our lives, and we cannot expect His blessing on a relationship that dishonors Him.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for her. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." May she seek the Lord wholeheartedly, surrendering her desires to His perfect plan. We ask that He close every door that leads to heartache, deception, or sin and open only those that align with His will.
For her safety, we declare the protection of Psalm 91 over her life: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" May the Lord surround her with His angels, guard her heart, and keep her from all harm.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious sister to You. Lord, we ask that You would draw her closer to Your heart and reveal Your perfect will for her life. If there is any relationship in her life that does not honor You, we pray for conviction and repentance. Give her the strength to walk away from anything that leads her away from You.
Father, we ask that You would close every wrong door and open only those that lead to Your blessings. Surround her with godly influences—friends, mentors, and a future spouse who will love her as Christ loves the Church. Protect her from harm, both physically and spiritually, and fill her with Your peace as she waits on You.
We declare that her steps are ordered by You, Lord, and that her future is secure in Your hands. May she find joy in Your presence and trust in Your timing. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. Amen.

Trust in Him, and He will lead you to the mate He has prepared for you.

It has been our heart’s joy to lift up ### before the Lord, asking Him to guide her to the right mate, to give her favor in every area of life, and to close every wrong door while opening the ones He has prepared. We have also prayed earnestly for her safety, trusting God’s protection over her in every situation.
