Bad Narcotic Withdrawal

Needing prayers for a bad oxycodone and Benzo withdrawal. I'm doing this alone and at home cold turkey. On day three right now. I'm not turning back cos I don't want to be that person anymore and I know I don't have to be. Just needing some prayers so I don't feel so isolated. Feel like I'm walking around lost in the wilderness right now.

Benzo's particularly Xanax, stay in your fat cells. Try to flush them out by drinking lots of water and exercise. Through the sweat you release many toxins. These drugs are chemicals, so try and eat healthier too, organic foods, live foods live cells, dead foods, dead cells. I know because from experience i was terrified to walk i was so fearful after withdrawal, but i overcame it by the grace of God, and exercise weight lifting and organic foods, helped. Took some time though. Those meds were in you system for a while, so it will take some time to heal. Be patient and trust God for his pill. The Gos-pill. God Bless =)

I went through benzo withdrawal and know others who are going through this now. It feels way worse before it feels better. Your brain is trying to heal. Be easy on yourself and just know it does get better. I used to feel it never would but it did.
