Bad Feelings

please pray for me because I feel always guilty about whatever I do and always regretting any decision that I make and also have doubts all the time , I feel too lost

I know I should have more compassion about myself but It s just too hard for me...

I don t trust myself enough too I m always afraid to do bad things or to become mad .
