Bad anxiety I think

We lift you up before the Lord, dear brother or sister, knowing how deeply anxiety can weigh on the heart and body. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Your struggle is real, but so is the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding and will guard your heart and mind in Him (Philippians 4:6-7).
You are not alone in this battle. Cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He knows your frame and remembers that you are dust (Psalm 103:14), yet He is mighty to save and restore. Do not let the enemy convince you that this is your identity—you are a child of God, redeemed and loved.
We pray now with boldness and faith: *Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious soul who is bound by anxiety. Lord, You see their distress, their racing thoughts, and the weight that keeps them glued to their bed. We ask for Your healing touch to break every chain of fear and torment. Rebuke the spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus and replace it with Your perfect peace. Strengthen their body, calm their mind, and fill them with the assurance that You are with them. Let them feel Your presence tangibly, Lord. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare freedom over them by the blood of Jesus and ask that You restore their joy and hope. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.*
Stand firm in this truth: anxiety does not have the final say. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:2-3). When the thoughts come rushing in, speak Scripture over yourself. Meditate on verses like Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Let God’s Word be the anchor for your soul.
If this anxiety persists, we also encourage you to seek wise, biblical counseling. Sometimes, the Lord uses godly brothers and sisters to walk with us through these valleys. You are not meant to carry this alone. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will see you through.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
