We lift you up before the Lord, dear brother or sister, knowing that He is the Great Physician who cares deeply for your suffering. The pain you endure is not unseen by Him, and we stand with you in faith, asking for His healing touch upon your back. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 34:18-19**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Though your body bears this burden from birth, we trust that God’s power is made perfect in weakness, and He can bring restoration where there is pain.
We also recall the words of Jesus in **Matthew 11:28-30**, where He invites all who labor and are heavily burdened to come to Him for rest. Your physical struggle is a heavy load, but He offers you His yoke—one that is easy and light. Lean on Him, for His strength is sufficient for you. If there is any sin in your life—unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear—we encourage you to surrender it to the Lord, as these can hinder both spiritual and physical healing. **James 5:15-16** tells us, *"The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up... Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* We confess our own sins now and ask the Lord to search your heart as well, that nothing may stand between you and His healing grace.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious child of Yours who suffers with chronic back pain. You knit them together in their mother’s womb, and You know every curve of their spine, every ache they endure. Lord, we ask for Your healing hand to touch their lower back, to straighten what is crooked, to strengthen what is weak, and to bring relief from this pain. If it is Your will, restore them completely, that they may glorify You with a body made whole. But even if healing tarries, grant them endurance, peace, and the assurance that You are with them in this trial.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity that would seek to keep them bound in pain, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they *are* healed (**1 Peter 2:24**). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your presence be their comfort. Guide them to the right treatments, the right doctors, or the right therapies that align with Your wisdom. May they find rest in You, trusting that You work all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**).
We also pray that through this trial, their faith would grow stronger, and their testimony would draw others to You. Let them not grow weary in waiting, but may they fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of their faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray—**the name above all names, by which every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord**. May Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, even in the midst of pain. If you have not already, consider anointing yourself with oil as an act of faith (**James 5:14**), and ask other believers to pray over you. Keep your heart open to how God may be speaking to you through this season—whether it’s drawing you closer to Him, teaching you dependence, or preparing you for a testimony of His faithfulness. You are not forgotten, and your pain is not wasted in His hands. Stand firm, dear one, and may the Lord grant you His peace and healing in abundance.
