Back Pain. Losing Hope

Hi I've have had lower back pain for almost three years now. I'm 27 and want to go back to school but this pain makes it so hard for me to live an active life. I've have been going to doctors and have had PT and spinal injections but still have not had any relief. Please pray for me.
