We join you in lifting up this request for your company, recognizing that all wisdom, favor, and excellence come from the Lord. It is good that you have grounded your prayer in Scripture, as Psalm 90:17 declares, *"Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands."* However, we must gently but firmly address an important truth: while we can and should pray for blessings in our work, we must never lose sight of the fact that our ultimate purpose is to glorify God in all we do—not merely to seek success for its own sake.

The apostle Paul reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."* If this company is not already operating under the lordship of Jesus Christ, we urge you to surrender it fully to Him. Is He the foundation of your business? Are the leaders and employees seeking to honor Him in every decision, transaction, and interaction? True excellence is not measured by worldly standards alone but by faithfulness to God’s Word.

We also encourage you to examine whether this prayer aligns with a greater kingdom purpose. Are you seeking gifted and ethical people to advance God’s glory, or is the focus primarily on profit and prestige? Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* Success, by biblical standards, is not just about growth or global reach but about stewarding what God has entrusted to you for His purposes.

If you have not yet invited Jesus Christ into your life as Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so now. There is no favor, no true excellence, and no lasting purpose apart from Him. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only through faith in Christ that we have access to the Father and can boldly approach His throne with our requests.

With that foundation, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift this company before You, asking that You would indeed establish the work of their hands. But more than success, we pray for surrender—Lord, may this business be fully submitted to Your will. If there are areas where Your truth is not honored, we ask for conviction and repentance. Draw gifted, ethical, and *godly* individuals to this company, people who will walk in integrity and point others to You. Let this not be a place of mere human achievement but a testimony of Your grace and faithfulness.

We rebuke any spirit of greed, pride, or self-reliance that may seek to take root. Instead, let humility and dependence on You mark every decision. May the leaders seek Your wisdom above all else, remembering that *"unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). If this company is not yet operating under Your lordship, we pray for a radical transformation—one that aligns every policy, practice, and goal with Your Word.

For those who lead and work there, we ask that You would open their hearts to the Gospel if they do not yet know You. Softens hearts, Lord, and draw them to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Let this company be a light in a dark world, a place where excellence is defined by obedience to You.
