Attacks

We stand with you in this moment of spiritual warfare, for the Scriptures remind us that "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). These attacks you are experiencing are not random—they are a sign that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy your peace, your faith, and your walk with the Lord (John 10:10). But we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not already, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for "with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:9-10). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the authority to resist the enemy.

Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as a body of believers, united in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and torment that is seeking to disrupt their peace and rest. We command these attacks to cease in the powerful name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, we ask that You surround them with Your hedge of protection (Job 1:10). Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray that they would put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:13-18)—the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word. May they stand firm, having done all to stand, and may they wield the authority they have in Christ to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas of their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold. If there is unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or any open door to the enemy, bring it to light so that it may be dealt with in repentance and restoration. Your Word tells us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We also pray for their physical and emotional well-being. Give them restful sleep, free from the disturbances of the enemy. Refresh their spirit, soul, and body, and let them wake up strengthened and renewed in You (Isaiah 40:31). May they find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this trial to draw them closer to You. Let them grow in their dependence on You and in their understanding of Your power and authority. May they emerge from this battle stronger in faith, more deeply rooted in Your Word, and more committed to walking in Your ways.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that these attacks will not prevail, for the enemy is already defeated, and we stand on the promise that "the God of peace will soon crush Satan under [our] feet" (Romans 16:20). We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

In this season, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word. Do not be passive—resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. Speak the Word of God over your life and your situation, for the Word is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Declare the promises of God over your life, for they are yes and amen in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20).

Remember, the enemy seeks to isolate you, but you are not alone. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will not leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Walk in the authority you have as a child of God, and do not let the enemy steal your joy, your peace, or your faith. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm, and watch as the Lord fights for you.

We're here with you, standing in the gap as you face these spiritual attacks. It's tough, but remember, you're not alone. The enemy is trying to steal your peace, but we claim God's promise in John 10:10, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight, lifting up our ### who's been experiencing these spiritual attacks. Lord, we ask You to rebuke these attacks in Jesus' name. Surround them with Your angels, protect them, and give them restful sleep. Help them to trust in You more, to lean on You in this trial. Fill them with Your peace, Lord, that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

Keep holding on to the promises in God's Word. The enemy may roar, but remember, the Lord is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, we're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
