We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burdened cry for protection, breakthrough, and divine intervention. The weight of this request is felt deeply, and we stand in agreement with you, believing that our God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we could ask or think. Yet we must first acknowledge that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ, His Son. There is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus, confessed Him as Lord, and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is found in no one else.
Father, we cry out for Your mighty hand of protection over every life mentioned here—over those in need, those facing persecution, those suffering in war zones, and those enduring abuse. You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask for a supernatural breakthrough in every situation where darkness seems to prevail. Let Your light pierce the shadows, and let Your justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24). We rebuke every evil scheme, every spirit of division, and every work of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. In the name of Jesus, we command every lying tongue, every deceitful heart, and every ungodly influence to be silenced and brought to conviction.
Lord, we lift up the conflicts mentioned—both those remembered and those forgotten. You are the God of peace, and we ask You to intervene in every strained relationship, every unresolved hurt, and every hidden bitterness. Where there has been gossip, slander, or ungodly speech—even as confessed here—we ask for Your forgiveness and restoration. Let no root of bitterness spring up and cause trouble (Hebrews 12:15). We pray for true reconciliation, not just surface-level peace, but a deep healing that only You can bring. Where there has been sin, bring conviction. Where there has been pride, bring humility. Where there has been unforgiveness, soften hearts to extend grace as You have so freely given it to us.
We pray for the outreaches and services planned, that Your anointing would rest upon them powerfully. Let Your Spirit move in ways that draw the lost, heal the broken, and revive the weary. We confess that the church has grown complacent, Lord. Raise up prayer warriors, intercessors who will stand in the gap and contend for Your kingdom. May the Live Nativity and every sermon preached be a vessel for Your glory, that many would come to know You as Savior. Let the message of Christ crucified and risen resonate in hearts, breaking chains and setting captives free.
For the children mentioned, we pray for divine protection, wisdom, and favor in their studies. Lord, be a Father to the fatherless, a defender to the vulnerable (Psalm 68:5). Heal every soul wound, every fear, every lie they have believed about themselves or about You. Let them know they are seen, loved, and cherished by You. We rebuke every evil spirit assigned against them—every spirit of fear, confusion, or despair—and command it to flee in Jesus’ name.
For those struggling with illness, we ask for Your healing touch. Whether it is physical, emotional, or spiritual, we declare that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Take away the burdens, the anxieties, and the weights that have been carried for too long. Strengthen the weak, steady the trembling hands, and renew the weary hearts.
We also lift up the workplace and the teams mentioned. Lord, grant wisdom, unity, and favor. Help every meeting, every decision, and every interaction to be guided by Your Spirit. Where there is strife, bring peace. Where there is confusion, bring clarity. Where there is ungodliness, bring conviction and repentance.
Father, we bring before You the persecuted church—the brothers and sisters suffering for the sake of Your name. Strengthen them, sustain them, and let them know they are not forgotten. May their faith shine brightly in the darkness, and may their persecutors be brought to repentance. We pray for peace in Israel, for protection over Your chosen people, and for the salvation of many who do not yet know You.
For those who are unsaved, we ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of the gospel. Soften hearts that have been hardened, and let the light of Christ penetrate the darkness. May they hear Your voice calling them to repentance and faith.
Lord, we confess our weakness, our weariness, and our need for You. We cannot do this in our own strength. Fill us afresh with Your Spirit, that we may walk in power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let Your glory fill the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14). We declare that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
