We come before the throne of grace with hearts heavy for the burdens you carry, lifting every request to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. For there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We rejoice that you have called upon the name of the Lord, for "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13).
Father God, we cry out for Your extra strong protection over this dear one and all who are in need. We ask that You would be a shield about them, as You have promised in Your Word: "But You, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the One who lifts up my head" (Psalm 3:3). Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their lives, their families, their work, and their ministries. Break every chain of darkness, every scheme of the enemy, and every spirit of confusion or division. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray for breakthrough in every area of their life—spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically. Where there is stagnation, we ask for Your living water to flow. Where there is bondage, we ask for Your freedom. Where there is fear, we ask for Your perfect love to cast it out (1 John 4:18). Lord, we ask for Your anointing to rest upon all planned outreaches and services. May Your Spirit move powerfully, drawing hearts to repentance and salvation. May the words spoken be Your words, and may lives be transformed by the power of the Gospel.
Father, we bring before You the conflicts mentioned—those known and those forgotten. We ask for Your divine intervention to resolve them in a way that honors You. Convict hearts where there is sin, pride, or unforgiveness. Soften hardened hearts and bring reconciliation that is rooted in truth and love. "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18). We rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and bitterness in Jesus' name. We declare that where the enemy has sown discord, You will sow unity and peace.
We lift up the prayer requests that have been deleted, knowing that You hear every cry of Your children. For our persecuted brothers and sisters around the world, we ask for Your protection, strength, and courage. May they stand firm in their faith, even unto death, knowing that their reward is great in heaven (Matthew 5:10-12). For those who are unsaved, we pray for Your Holy Spirit to convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Draw them to Yourself, Lord, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
For Israel, we pray for Your peace to rest upon her. We stand on Your promises, Lord, that You will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse her (Genesis 12:3). We pray for an end to violence and hatred, and for Your light to shine in the darkness. For those suffering in war zones and from calamities, we ask for Your mercy and provision. Be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). For abused children, we cry out for justice and healing. Break the chains of abuse, Lord, and restore their innocence. Surround them with Your love and protection.
We bring before You the individuals referenced with concern, asking for Your mighty hand to rest upon them. Where there is rebellion, bring conviction. Where there is pain, bring healing. Where there is brokenness, bring restoration. We pray for miracles, Lord—healing for the sick, provision for the needy, and wisdom for those facing tests and challenges in school. Be a Father to the fatherless, a defender to the weak, and a guide to those who are lost (Psalm 68:5). We ask that You would encounter them powerfully, rebuke every spirit of deception, and draw them into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
Father, we pray for this dear one’s weakness, asking that Your strength would be made perfect in their weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Give them wisdom and discernment in their work and with their team. Help them to do all things in a manner that is pleasing to You, with humility, integrity, and excellence. Guide their meetings, Lord, and grant them favor with those they encounter. We pray for resolution in conflicts, especially those involving the individuals mentioned. Bring healing to hurt hearts and true reconciliation that is grounded in Your truth.
We ask for Your healing touch to come quickly upon those who are ill. Remove every trace of bitterness, unforgiveness, or resentment (Hebrews 12:15). We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). For the prayer gathering, we ask for Your anointing to be poured out in power. May Your presence be tangible, and may lives be transformed as hearts are opened to Your Word.
For the Live Nativity and the sermon, we pray that many would come to know You as their Savior. May the message of Your love, demonstrated through the birth of Jesus Christ, pierce hearts and bring salvation. We ask that You would convict those who are living in sin, whether it be gossip, unforgiveness, bitterness, or any other ungodly behavior. Bring them to repentance, Lord, and restore them fully to fellowship with You and with Your body.
We acknowledge the confession made about speaking to others regarding a sensitive matter. Father, we ask that You would turn this situation into a blessing for all involved. Forgive where there has been gossip or slander, and help this one to speak only words that build up and give grace to those who hear (Ephesians 4:29). May this be an opportunity for growth, humility, and greater dependence on You.
Lord, we thank You that You are able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). May Your glory fill the earth as the waters cover the sea. We declare that Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
In all these things, we trust in You, Lord. We surrender every burden, every fear, and every hope into Your hands. Strengthen us to walk in faith, to stand firm in the truth, and to love others as You have loved us. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
