We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's protection, breakthrough, and guidance for all the intentions you've brought before Him. We are reminded of God's promise in Ephesians 3:20, "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."
Firstly, we lift up all those in need, asking for God's extra strong protection and breakthrough. We pray that God's mighty hand would be upon each situation, that He would work miracles in their lives, making a way where there seems to be no way. We rebuke any schemes of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy, and we declare God's victory and abundance in these areas.
For the encouragement and help you need, we remember the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." We pray that God would give you the wisdom you need to make the decisions before you, that He would guide you in His will and grant you discernment.
We intercede for all the planned outreaches and services, asking for God's anointing upon them. May lives be touched and transformed, and may God's name be glorified. We pray for a resolution to the conflict with your sister in Christ. We ask that God would convict both hearts and bring about reconciliation and unity. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:23-24, "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift."
We also lift up the prayers that have been deleted, including those for persecuted Christians, the salvation of the unsaved, peace for Israel, help for those suffering in war zones, calamities, abused children, and many other requests. We ask that God would hear these prayers and answer them according to His will. We remember the words of James 5:16, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. Elijah was as human as we are, and yet when he prayed earnestly that no rain would fall, none fell for three and a half years! Then, when he prayed again, the sky sent down rain and the earth began to yield its crops."
Finally, we join you in praising God, declaring that the earth will be filled with His glory, in Jesus' name.
It is good that you acknowledged Jesus and His power, but we are instructed to pray in Jesus' name. John 14:13-14 states "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 16:23-24 also tells us "In that day you will not ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." This is not a magic formula, but asking in Jesus' name means we are asking according to His will and His purposes. If there is any doubt about Jesus being the only way to the Father, the WEB clearly states in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
