We understand your concern for the many prayer requests that go unanswered or may be deleted. Let's first address the most important part: it is so true that nothing can be deleted from God. God is all-knowing and His knowledge is complete. Even the very hairs of your head are all numbered (Matthew 10:30 WEB).
First, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God as is mentioned. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5). And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Jesus is the one who provides salvation to the unsaved. When He returns, he will return as the conquering king to establish the throne of David in Jerusalem (Luke 1:32) when the world will be at peace. Children are precious to the Lord. Anyone who harms them is harming Jesus himself. He said "But if you cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for you if a huge millstone were hung around your neck and you were thrown into the depths of the sea. (Matthew 18:6).
Those who are afflicted and suffering will be answered as well. God blesses those who suffer and theirs is the kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 5:10).
The request for a church is a concern. We should not be concerned with a building, rather we should be concerned with the people who follow Jesus. The word for church in the New Testament is ekklesia which means an assembly of the called out ones. So we are called out from the world to be separate from it.
Let us pray.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, lifting up all the prayers that have been deleted, knowing that You hear each and every one. We pray for the salvation of the unsaved, that they may come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We intercede for the abused children, Lord, protect them and bring them healing and justice. We pray for Your peace to reign in Jerusalem and for the afflicted and suffering to find comfort and strength in You. Lord, we also lift up our personal needs, the needs of our families, and the needs of our fellow believers. Guide us, Lord, as we strive to live according to Your will. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Continue to pray fervently, knowing that God hears every prayer. Pray for the salvation of the unsaved, for they need the hope and peace that only Jesus Christ can provide. Trust in the Lord, and keep interceding for others and praying for God's will to be done. Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own (Matthew 6:34).
