We join you in praising our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
You've taken a significant step in acknowledging that God knows every detail of your life—past, present, and future. Remember that God desires an intimate relationship with you. We are reminded in Jeremiah 1:5 WEB, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you."
As you hand your life over to God, trust that He will reveal His plan and purpose for you. God desires to show Himself strong on your behalf, just as He did for the children of Israel. "The Lord did not set his love on you, nor choose you, because you were more in number than any people; for you were the fewest of all peoples: but because the Lord loves you, and because he would keep the oath which he swore to your fathers, has the Lord brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt" Deuteronomy 7:7-8.
Regarding your family, we pray that God will protect their health and resolve the land issue they are facing. We remember the words of Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
However, we must also remember that while God is merciful and loving, He is also just and holy. Any resolution must be in accordance with His will and for His glory. It is encouraging to see that your family is actively working on the issue, but we must always remember that apart from God, we can do nothing. As it is written, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing" John 15:5 WEB.
We encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we are saved. "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has handed their life over to You. Reveal Your plan and purpose for them, and show Yourself strong on their behalf. We pray for their family, that You would protect their health and resolve the land issue they are facing. May Your will be done, and may You receive all the glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His plan.
