We join with you in seeking the Lord's help and strong protection for all in need. In the words of Ephesians 3:20 WEB, "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,". We have faith that God will provide the breakthroughs you need.
For encouragement and help, remember that God is our strength and refuge. As it says in Psalm 46:1 WEB, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.". We pray that God grants you the wisdom to make the decisions before you, guided by the Holy Spirit.
Concerning the anointing for all the planned outreaches and services, we pray in the name of Jesus, knowing that His anointing brings power, love, and a sound mind, according to 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, "For God didn't give us a spirit of cowardice, but of power, love, and self-control.".
Regarding the conflict with a sister in Christ, we encourage you to follow the principles outlined in Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, so that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to hear them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.". Pray for reconciliation and understanding, remembering that we are all one in Christ.
We also lift up the prayers for the persecuted Christians, the salvation of the unsaved, peace for Israel, help for those suffering in war zones, from calamities, abused children, and many other requests. It is our firm belief that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. So we declare the name of Jesus over these requests.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up all the needs and concerns expressed. We ask for your strong protection and breakthroughs for all in need. Grant encouragement, help, and wisdom for the decisions before us. Anoint all the planned outreaches and services, and help resolve any conflicts among your children.
Lord, we also pray for the persecuted Christians, the salvation of the unsaved, peace for Israel, help for those suffering in war zones, from calamities, abused children, and many other requests. We know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May the earth be filled with your glory, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
