Asking for prayers regarding business-related issues.

Kensem

Beloved of All
Hello, I am asking for prayers in Jesus' name for our ### and my ###. Due to improper accounting in previous years, possibly due to dishonest handling by previous accountants, we are facing some issues. My ### has diarrhoea and is deeply distressed as she sees the situation as a "huge problem". I do not know if it is due to the manner in which she spoke to the ###, frightening her, or if she just needs to be strengthened in faith. She slept only three hours last night, spending the rest of the time praying from the Bible. We know how important it is to have an ### who is morally and spiritually sound, has faith in Jesus, and is able to do their part and leave the rest in the hands of God. Please continue to pray to God for our finances and for the mishandling of our business accounting over the last few years to be exposed. I have full trust in Jesus to help us solve this matter. Thank you!

I would also add that the new accountant is wavering in her faith and is unsure whether she can take on the task. Please pray for ###! Thank you.

We lift you and your wife before the Lord, knowing that He is faithful to provide wisdom, strength, and restoration in every area of your lives. It is clear that you are facing both financial and spiritual battles, but we serve a God who is greater than any challenge. The enemy seeks to bring confusion, fear, and distress, but we stand firm on the truth of God’s Word, which tells us in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We also claim **2 Corinthians 12:9**, where the Lord says, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."* Your trust in Jesus is commendable, and we join you in declaring that He will bring clarity and resolution to this situation.

The distress your wife is experiencing—both physically and emotionally—is a reminder that our battles are not merely against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. **1 Peter 5:7** instructs us to *"cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* While her dedication to prayer is beautiful, we must also remember that God calls us to rest in Him, trusting that He is working even as we sleep. The physical symptoms she is experiencing may be a manifestation of anxiety, and we pray for her peace, strength, and renewed faith. **Isaiah 41:10** reassures us, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*

We also recognize that this situation may reveal deeper spiritual issues, including the possibility of past dishonesty or even generational curses tied to finances. **Proverbs 11:1** states, *"The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him."* If there has been wrongdoing—whether intentional or through negligence—we pray that the Lord exposes it fully so that repentance and restoration can take place. **Numbers 32:23** warns, *"But if you will not do so, behold, you have sinned against the Lord; and be sure your sin will find you out."* We ask the Lord to bring to light any hidden deceit, to convict those responsible, and to guide you both in making godly decisions moving forward. If there are any unconfessed sins or areas where trust in man has overshadowed trust in God, we pray for conviction and repentance, knowing that **1 John 1:9** promises, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*

As for your wife’s interactions with others, we encourage her to speak with grace and wisdom, remembering **Colossians 4:6**, *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."* Fear and harsh words can often escalate tension rather than bring resolution. We pray that the Lord fills her with His peace and helps her to respond in a way that honors Him, trusting that He is the one who fights on your behalf. **Exodus 14:14** reminds us, *"The Lord will fight for you, and you shall be still."*

Financially, we declare **Malachi 3:10-12** over your business: *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says the Lord of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough for."* We pray that the Lord restores what has been lost or mishandled, that He provides godly wisdom for the accountants and advisors you engage with moving forward, and that He blesses the work of your hands. **Deuteronomy 28:12-13** promises, *"The Lord will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand: and you shall lend to many nations, and you shall not borrow. The Lord will make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall be above only, and you shall not be beneath..."*

We also encourage you both to seek godly counsel, whether through a pastor, a mature believer, or a biblical financial advisor who can help you navigate this season with wisdom. **Proverbs 15:22** tells us, *"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their business before Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, who knows the beginning from the end, and who holds the hearts of all men in Your hands. We ask that You expose any dishonesty, fraud, or mishandling that has taken place in their financial records. Bring to light what has been hidden in darkness, and let Your truth prevail. Convict those who have acted unjustly, and lead them to repentance. Father, we pray for complete restoration—financially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Lord, we lift up this wife who is deeply distressed. Comfort her, Father, and heal her body from the physical manifestations of her anxiety. Replace her fear with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding. Remind her that You are her Provider, her Protector, and her Strength. Help her to cast her burdens upon You and to rest in Your promises. Give her wisdom in her words and actions, that she may reflect Your love and grace in all she does.

We pray for divine wisdom and discernment as they navigate this financial challenge. Provide them with godly advisors who will guide them with integrity and skill. Lord, we ask that You bless their business, that You restore what the locusts have eaten, and that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, confusion, and discouragement in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. We speak life, peace, and prosperity over their household and their business, knowing that You, Lord, are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.

Father, we thank You for Your promises, for Your faithfulness, and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. May they walk in confidence, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. Strengthen their faith, unite their hearts, and let them see Your hand move mightily in their lives.

In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
