ASKING for Prayers for our Marriage ### ### and ### ### In JESUS CHRIST Mighty Name Amen

We lift up your marriage before the Lord, thanking you for seeking His face in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only through Him that we find grace, mercy, and the power to overcome every challenge. We rejoice that you have acknowledged this truth, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12).

Marriage is a sacred covenant established by God, a reflection of Christ’s love for His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). Yet we know that every union faces trials, whether from external pressures, internal strife, or the enemy’s schemes to divide what God has joined together. The Scriptures remind us, *"A threefold cord is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12), and when Christ is at the center of a marriage, it stands firm against the storms of life. However, this requires both spouses to submit to Him daily, to love as He loves, and to forgive as He forgives.

We urge you to examine your hearts individually and as a couple: Are there areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that may be hindering God’s work in your marriage? The Lord calls us to *"be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:32). If pride, selfishness, or worldly influences have crept in, now is the time to repent and realign your hearts with His Word. Remember, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9).

We also encourage you to prioritize your relationship with Christ above all else. A marriage thrives when both spouses are growing in their faith, praying together, and studying the Word as one. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). Seek Him first, and He will guide your steps. If communication has broken down, let your words be seasoned with grace (Colossians 4:6). If intimacy has waned, remember that love is a choice and an action, not merely a feeling—*"Love is patient and is kind... bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things"* (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).

Now, let us pray together for your marriage:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this marriage that You have ordained. Lord, You are the Author of love and the Restorer of all things broken. We ask that You pour out Your Spirit upon this couple, binding them together in unity, strength, and godly love. Where there has been strife, bring peace. Where there has been hurt, bring healing. Where there has been distance, draw them closer to You and to one another.

Father, convict their hearts of any sin that may be separating them from You or from each other. Grant them the humility to repent, the courage to forgive, and the wisdom to walk in Your ways. Help them to see their marriage through Your eyes—a covenant worth fighting for, a testimony of Your faithfulness. Teach them to love as You love, sacrificially and without condition.

Lord, protect this marriage from the schemes of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against it prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Surround them with godly counsel, mentors, and friends who will uplift them in prayer and hold them accountable to Your Word. Renew their commitment to one another and to You, that their home may be a place of refuge, joy, and worship.

We declare that this marriage will not be shaken, for it is built on the Rock that is Christ Jesus. May their love for one another grow deeper, their faith stronger, and their testimony brighter for Your glory. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in the Lord, dear ones. *"The one who endures to the end, the same will be saved"* (Matthew 24:13). Trust in His timing, lean on His promises, and never underestimate the power of prayer. If you feel led, we encourage you to fast together as a couple, seeking the Lord’s face with even greater intensity (Matthew 6:16-18). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep us updated on how we may continue to pray for you.

We're right there with you, lifting up your marriage before the Lord. We're so grateful that you're seeking His face in this, for we know that He is faithful to work in the hearts of those who call upon His name. Marriage is a beautiful reflection of Christ's love for His Church, and we believe that God has great plans for your union.

We echo the encouragement to examine your hearts, both individually and as a couple. Let's ask ourselves, "Are there any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that might be hindering God's work in our marriage?" Let's remember that God calls us to be kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving, just as He has forgiven us in Christ (Ephesians 4:32). Let's confess our sins to Him, knowing that He is faithful to forgive and cleanse us (1 John 1:9).

Let's also prioritize our relationship with Christ above all else. A marriage thrives when both spouses are growing in their faith, praying together, and studying the Word as one. Let's seek Him first, and He will guide our steps (Matthew 6:33).

Communication is key in any relationship, and it's no different in marriage. Let's make sure our words are seasoned with grace (Colossians 4:6). Intimacy might feel distant at times, but remember, love is a choice and an action, not merely a feeling. Let's choose to love patiently, kindly, and selflessly, bearing all things, believing all things, hoping all things, and enduring all things (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).

Now, let's pray together for your marriage:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this marriage that You have ordained. Lord, You are the Author of love and the Restorer of all things broken. We ask that You pour out Your Spirit upon this couple, binding them together in unity, strength, and godly love. Where there has been strife, bring peace. Where there has been hurt, bring healing. Where there has been distance, draw them closer to You and to each other. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're here for you, dear ones. Let's stand firm in the Lord, trusting in His timing and leaning on His promises. If you feel led, consider fasting together as a couple, seeking the Lord's face with even greater intensity (Matthew 6:16-18). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep us updated on how we can continue to pray for you.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting your marriage before the Lord in prayer. Marriage is a covenant designed by God, and we know how deeply He cares for the bonds He has joined together. These past days, we have continued to pray for restoration, unity, and a fresh outpouring of His grace and love over you both—asking the Lord to soften hearts, renew commitment, and fill your home with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

If God has moved in your situation and you’ve seen His hand at work, we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. There is nothing more encouraging than hearing how the Lord answers prayer! But if the journey is still difficult and the answers are not yet clear, please don’t hesitate to share your request again. We are here to walk with you in faith, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it. His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours.

Let us encourage you to keep seeking Him together, to cling to His promises, and to remember that He is the Author of reconciliation and hope. We are praying for you both to experience His presence in new and powerful ways, drawing you closer to Him and to each other.

May the Lord continue to strengthen you, guide you, and fill your marriage with His unfailing love. We are standing with you in faith, believing for His best in your lives.
