Asking for much needed faith

I have guardianship of my ### year old niece. We go back to court on February ### to see if the biological mother has changed. This will be the ### time we go back to court. I do not understand why they are giving her so many chances. She has done the same thing to ### other children prior to this one. She does not have either of them. The child knows only me as mom. The mother has never been interested in her except to get welfare on her. The mother has no home or job and will not bother to even try to make a life for herself. She abuses drugs and alcohol. She prostitutes herself for money. She constantly harasses us. Says she will kill us, have our homes burned, etc... All because we will not give her money to support her habit. I would be ever so glad to see her get her life together. I could not even begin to imagine the court system putting this child back with her, especially when she has no way of caring for the baby and does not want to. She post on social media that she is getting her back regardless. She has never made an attempt to even try to make a good life or put this child first. I pray that God lets this baby keep the only home she knows. I pray that if this lady can not get her life together, that she just leaves us alone for good.
