We rejoice with you as you praise the Lord God in Jesus' name, and we are grateful for the opportunity to join you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God's hand in your job selection, and we trust that He will guide you according to His will. Remember that God's plans are always for our good and His glory, as it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
Regarding the land issue, we pray that God will resolve it according to His will. We encourage you to trust in Him, as it is written in Psalm 37:5, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this.
We join you in praying for the health and salvation of your mother, father, and brother. Concerning your mother's lukewarm faith, we remind you of Revelation 3:15-16, I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot. So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of my mouth. We encourage you to share this verse with her, and to pray that God will grant her a heart that is fully committed to Him.
We appreciate your desire to surrender all decisions to God, big or small. Indeed, Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Lastly, we want to address your fear of being left alone in this world. Remember that God has promised never to leave us nor forsake us, as it is written in Hebrews 13:5. Also, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your guidance and blessings in every area of their life. We ask that You will direct their steps concerning their job, the land issue, and their family's health and salvation. Grant them boldness to witness to their mother, that she may become fully committed to You. Help them to trust in You completely, surrendering all decisions to You. Remind them of Your constant presence, and that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can come to You. Forgive their sins, and help them to live a life pleasing to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
