However, we must first address something vital in your request: you have not called upon the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach God or receive salvation. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in Acts 4:12, we read, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"*
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation comes through repenting of your sins and believing in Him (Romans 10:9-10). Without this foundation, your prayers cannot be heard by God, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). If you are already a believer, then we encourage you to always pray in Jesus’ name, for He is our Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5).
Now, regarding your desire to join the army, we lift this before the Lord with you. The Bible reminds us that God is the one who exalts and promotes, and He can open doors no man can shut (Psalm 75:6-7, Revelation 3:8). We also recognize that serving in the military can be a way to protect and provide for the vulnerable, which aligns with God’s heart for justice and mercy (Isaiah 1:17). We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your heart’s desire before the Lord these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer as you seek God’s will for your path into the army, trusting Him to open the right doors so you can serve and help those in need. Your willingness to give even when you feel you have little is a beautiful reflection of faith, and we pray God honors that surrender in ways only He can orchestrate.
