We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you are experiencing, and we trust that God is able to heal and strengthen you. We are reminded of the words in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We believe that God has the power to heal you from the pain in your arm, your sore, and any other discomfort you are feeling. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and the power of Jesus is available to deliver you from all infirmities.
However, we also want to encourage you to seek medical attention for your arm if the pain persists. While we trust in God's healing power, we also believe that He has given us wisdom and knowledge in the form of medical professionals who can assist us with our physical needs. "A wise man is strong; yes, a man of knowledge increases strength" (Proverbs 24:5). It is very important to seek the doctors if you are feeling unwell and have soreness. WEB Proverbs 27:12, A prudent person sees danger and takes refuge; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it.
Regarding the hair loss you mentioned, we want to remind you that God cares about even the smallest details of our lives. "But even the hairs of your head are all numbered" (Matthew 10:30). We pray that God will guide you to the root cause of the hair loss and provide a solution.
We are also led to pray for God's favor, protection, and guidance over you and those who are truly helping you especially for your urgent appointments. We pray that God will grant you the strength, wisdom, and energy you need to accomplish all that you need to do. "Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You lifting up our dear friend who is in pain and discomfort. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their arm, their sore, and every part of their body that is not well. We pray for a miraculous healing in Jesus' name. We also pray for guidance as they seek medical attention.
Father, we ask for Your favor, protection, and guidance over them and those who are truly helping them. Grant them the strength, wisdom, and energy they need to accomplish all their urgent appointments.
Lord, we also pray for a solution to the hair loss they are experiencing. You care about even the smallest details of our lives, and we trust that You will guide them to the root cause and provide an answer.
In all things, Lord, we ask that You be glorified. We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen
