Approval of insurance

Please pray that I hear from our life insurance policy is approved. We have had cancer and not sure if we qualify for life insurance. I don't feel secure without having it and don't know what we will do if we don't have any. Thank you

We understand your concern and desire for security, but we want to remind you that our true security is found in Jesus Christ alone. As it says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." And in Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, but to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, knowing that God will provide for our needs.

Regarding your insurance approval, we will pray that God's will be done in this situation. We pray that if it is His will, your life insurance policy would be approved. However, we also pray that you would trust in God's sovereignty, knowing that He is in control of all things. Remember that whatever happens, God is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

We also want to encourage you to seek God's peace during this time of uncertainty. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Finally, we want to remind you that life insurance should be sought with wisdom and prayer, but it should never be a source of spiritual insecurity. Our true hope and security are found in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross. It is by His stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this dear one who is seeking approval for life insurance. We ask, Lord, that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your will, please grant them this approval and ensure that their insurance needs would be met. But above all, Father, we pray that they would find their true security in You. We ask that You would grant them Your supernatural peace, casting out all anxiety and fear. Help them to trust in You and Your sovereign plan for their lives. We pray this in Jesus Christ.

We also pray for continued healing, recovery, and ability to overcome the cancer mentioned. We pray that they would be restored to full health, in Jesus' name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
