We join you in lifting up your household to the Lord, praying for His protection and intervention. We stand in agreement with you, asking for God's will to be done in your life and in the lives of your family members. We are grateful that you acknowledged the Lord and His Son. It is in the name of Jesus that we come boldly before the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this household that has been brought to our attention. We pray for Your divine protection over them, and we ask that You would foil the plans of any who wish them harm. As it is written in Psalm 55:9-11, "Destroy, Lord, and divide their tongues, for I have seen violence and strife in the city. Day and night they prowl around it on its walls; malice and abuse are within it. Destruction is in the midst of it; oppression and deceit don't depart from its streets."
We pray that You, Lord, would remove any influence of those with ill will towards this family. We ask for Your justice to prevail, and for any harm done to be rectified. We trust in Your promise that You will do justice to the fatherless and the oppressed, so that men may no longer terrorize them (Psalm 10:18).
We also pray for the salvation of this household, that each member would come to a personal, saving, and growing knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ (John 17:3). We pray that they would be delivered from the Evil One and brought into the light of the love of God in the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord (Colossians 1:13, 1 John 1:3).
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your household, trusting in God's promises and His ability to deliver and save. Remember that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16).
If there is any sin that needs to be addressed, confess it to the Lord and turn from it. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Also, seek forgiveness for any sins of the household.
Stand strong in your faith, and know that we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Do not be afraid to call sin for what it is and repent of it.
