We understand that you're feeling anxious at work and desire confidence, a comfortable working environment, and success in your tasks. Firstly, we want to encourage you with God's Word. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus," Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We notice that you did not mention Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. We want to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can be saved. "And it is in none other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved," Acts 4:12. WEB. If you have not already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation.
We rebuke the anxiety that you're experiencing. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control," 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Instead of anxiety, God wants to fill you with His peace. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law," Galatians 5:22-23 WEB.
Regarding your work environment, we pray that God would help you be a shining example of a Christian at work. "Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16 WEB. We pray that God would help you show respect to others and also be respected. "Finally, all of you be like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous, not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing." 1 Peter 3:8-9 WEB.
We pray that God would help you excel at your tasks, not for selfish gain, but to bring glory to His name. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ," Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
