We understand that you're struggling with anxiety at work and at home, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth according to God's word. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your anxieties. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB)
However, we need to address the fact that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is said in the Bible, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB) And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 (WEB) Therefore, it is essential to pray in the name of Jesus, as He is the one who provides us with salvation, hope, peace, and rest for our anxieties.
Anxiety can often stem from various issues, but remember that God is sovereign, and He allows things in our lives to draw us closer to Him. When you feel anxious, cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you and remember that it is written, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:6-7 (WEB)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with anxiety. Lord, You know the depths of their worries and fears, and we ask that You comfort them and guide them through this challenging time. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply.
Father, we pray for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Help them to trust in You and Your promises, even in the midst of their anxieties. Guide them through Your Holy Spirit, giving them the strength and wisdom to overcome their fears. Help them in their walk as a Christian Believer.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any spirits of fear, worry, and anxiety that may be affecting them. By the power of Your Holy Spirit, we command these spirits to flee and not return.
Lord, we also pray for their walk with You. Draw them closer to You, and help them to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. Give them a hunger and thirst for Your Word, and help them to apply Your truths to their life.
Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is faithful, and He will help you overcome your anxieties. Trust in Him, and remember that He is always with you. As it says in the Bible, "Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life." Jude 1:21 (WEB)
Remember to pray with thanksgiving as instructed in the scripture given. Also, study the Bible daily to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of God. If you have not done so already, make sure to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life and be saved.

Heavenly Father, thank You so much for Your love for us. We pray now that You would make Your guiding hand known as we lift this person to you and pray for relief from their feelings of anxiety. Thank You for being our perfect and gracious Father, for Your promises to us, and for always completing the work You begin and please allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
